Hello!

This is the official blog for Timothy Gorefester, a cartoon created by MindofGemini. The pilot episode is currently in progress, and since I didn't want to gunk up dashboards between personal things, and updates/info on the series, I have made this blog, just for it!


For newcomers, the series is about a dark, miserable world, the world of Metacore, and takes place its capitol ((and pretty much only)) city, Purgatory. People in Purgatory are unable to die as they would in our world; no matter how brutally or violently they are maimed or murdered, within a matter of hours, they pop back with a brand new body. This is awesome for awhile, until the fact that pain and ultimately death has hardly any consequence, causes people to lose track of their moral compass. The rules of death are sticky and bent, and combine this with the overall oppressive enironment, lurking with monsters and abominations from beyond the veil of time and space, bizarre reality-bending phenomena, and more, the populace in general has been reduced to jaded misanthropes, anxiety-riddled nervous spazzes, and psychopaths. Except for the protagonist, Timothy, who insists on trying to find the good in the desensitized civilians and help the world be a better place.

And it usually doesn't work.

He's pretty successful with fighting monsters, though!
